Even if aging is a natural process from which we cannot escape, food can influence a lot on how we look and how we feel inside.
So the first step is to stop including junk food as your main source of nutrition.

Start drinking enough water, we often forget to even drink a glass of water, since there is a lot of work to be done, taking care of your kids, work, housework, you often forget to even take a break.

Olive oil
You should use olive oil as often as possible. Not only does it help regulate blood pressure and reduce the risk of a heart disease, it helps your skin looks healthier. Various studies have shown that it even helps protect our skin from harmful sun rays.
Advice: apply a few drops of olive oil around your eyes at night, it will help to moisturize your skin and make it smooth, also it will decrease the appearance of fine lines. You don’t have to rinse it in the morning.
