When you get pulled over by a Police officer, usually, that means that you are out of luck.

Jarred Wright, a veteran, was recently pulled over while he was driving around with his wife, Nikki in their Texas neighborhood.

Jarred Wright served in Operation Enduring Freedom in 2013. Ever since returning home, Wright was battling with PTSD.

Wright was very confused when a police officer approached his vehicle and informed him that he got a child in the car without mandatory car seat for a child. Wright looked at the officer completely dumbfounded, because to his knowledge they did not have a child. So then the sweetest thing happened.
