You may have seen a picture or heard that expression, ‘Only in Australia’.

Well if you did, than nothing can come as a surprise to you, even if you hear that a kangaroo hooped into the fray during a race Cessnock in the Hunter region of New South Wales.

Spectators got a lot more that what they came to see, a stray Joey racing along the champion horses and their jockeys. It was truly a spectacle if you ask me!

The horses weren’t fazed by the little furry friend and continued to race! Fortunately no one was hurt in the incident.
